Our management company is Kirkpatrick Management Company. They are responsible for collecting owner HOA fees, responding to maintenance requests, getting approvals for renovations, and supporting the community. Simply visit and log into KMC Connect to get started.

Assessment Fees can be paid on KMC Connect with a one-time automatic payment from your bank account, paid direct through your bank, or via check sent to KMC. Fees are due on the 1st of each month. There is a late charge of $25 for payments received late (on the 15th or later in the month).

In the case of a maintenance emergency, please call Kirkpatrick Management Company at (317) 570-4358, 24-hours-a-day.

 

Maintenance Requests should be made through KMC Connect by the homeowner. Know what the owner's responsibilities are before calling. Read the Owner/HOA Responsibilities section found under Governing Documents.

Renovations: To ensure renovations to individual units meet health and safety requirements, the Winston Island Woods Homeowners Association requires unit owners to obtain the written permission of the Board of Directors BEFORE making alterations to any existing structural and/or mechanical element within its unit.  No changes are permitted on the exterior or landscape without the prior written approval of the Board. Submit the ACR Form to obtain written permission.​
